1) Rental for anything containing a Relic is $12,000.00 for 1 week.

* $4,000.00 to be donated to a verified 4013C Charity that benefits Widows (with a receipt of donation).

* $4,000.00 to be donated to a verified 4013C Charity that benefits Orphans (with a receipt of donation).

** $4,000.00 will paid to me.

2) I am the only one permitted to handle the relic. Its presence in any investigation or more aggressive activities such as exorcisms will require me to be the bearer of the relic.

3) Any travel, food and lodging is paid by the renter.

4) Creation of Talismans and/or weapons is done with relics of my choosing. I deal exclusively with a relic dealer from Paris, France who only handles documented materials with verified provenance.

5) The fee for creation of any item is dependent upon the materials (relics, bones) and the time needed for creation. The minimum feel will be $8,000.00 ($4,000.00 to be donated to a verified 4013C Charity that benefits Widows, $4,000.00 to be donated to a verified 4013C Charity that benefits Orphans (receipts of donation required).

6) Once the item(s) are created they must return to me after their scheduled use. There is no limit to how many times you can schedule their rental and no one but the purchasing party will have access to these items, but they must always return back to whom created them. Rental of the exclusive item(s) is $750.00 (broken down in 3 parts as illustrated above.)

7) I will not create anything with "your relics or bones" without documented materials with verified provenance.

I completely understand if "this doesn't work" for you. These rules keep things safe and respectable.
